When I woke up this morning, it was nice and sunny, albeit cold for a spring day! I felt like a light, tangy and refreshing green smoothie, so I made this recipe below. Try it and let me know what you think.
Kiwi, Cucumber and Ginger Green Smoothie
- 2 mini cucumber
- 1 ripe kiwi
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 inch piece ginger
- 1 heaped cup of sweet green grapes
- 3/4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup water
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy! Note: I used three slices of kiwi for decoration.
