I love eating pomegranate but have never blended it in a green smoothie. I did so today, and it was delicious! Try this recipe and see what you think.
Pomegranate green smoothie
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 2 large romaine leaves
- 1/2 cup pomegranate
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 inch piece ginger
- 1/2 cup water
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
