Pomelo, is the largest citrus fruit from the family Rutaceae and the principal ancestor of the grapefruit. It is a non-hybrid, citrus fruit, native to Southeast Asia and Malaysia. Similar in taste to a large grapefruit, the pomelo is commonly consumed and used for festive occasions throughout Southeast Asia.

Pomelo and three greens smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 heaping cup pomelo flesh
- 1 banana
- 2 small romaine leaves
- 1 large kale leaf
- 1/3 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
Notes
Slice a small tangerine to use on top.
