I make this green smoothie when I’m in a rush and need a solid kick start to my day. It’s packed with nutritional seeds and it tastes delicious.
Power green smoothie 🥭🍌🥬
- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 large banana
- 3/4 cup frozen mango or 1 fresh mango
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
I added a few slices of sliced banana to make it look pretty ☺️
